Something I really can't understand... birthers, please help me?

If Obama really isn't an american national when he was born, why do you think he don't have ICE, FBI, CIA and NSA all over his a$$? Don't you think it's a little bit too absurd that somehow he managed to go under all their noese for 4 years? Don't you think it's a little bit too ridiculous that those agencies and departments are so incompetent, that they have to let you people come in on this?
