I am 14 , 6'1 and want to get my vertical to 32 inches because that is how much i need to dunk. I can already squat 210 lbs (my weight 205lbs.) and i have a 24 in. running vertical. and a 20 inch standing vertical. I want to know what i need to squat to get my vertical up, also what do you think the proper weight for someone my size is.
