What does it mean when there is a dark vertical line and a faint horizontal line in the round window on an ept?

i been feeling really tired lately, cramping, and feeling like i wanna throw up everything i eat (even if its something small) i dont know if im pregnant or if its because i started taking the birth control pill. im on my 14th pill on my first pack. i just took a test this morning and i had a dark vertical line and a faint horizontal line on the round window of an e.p.t test, what does that mean? em i pregnant?
