NBA 2k11 question..about association mode?

ok I'm my cavs and I simulated the NBA finals the heat beat the mavs 4-2 btw. After it says the heat have won the championship, I just have my list thing and I don't have the calender feature. HOW do I move on to the offseason? PLEASE help
