I would suggest you get the horizontal, if you have a longer clitoris. They do tend to increase intensity of orgasms (but playing with it too much can make it harder for orgasms in the future), they do not take long to heal (but are easily infected), The piercing is super quick and only hurts for a second, but can be sore for a few days. You can not have sex until its fully healed (4-6 weeks) and it will be super sensitive to the touch until healed.
