MLB 2K11 My Player freezes?

No suggestions other than to wait for a patch. I've had similar problems. It's ridiculous. For the past week, I've been trying to play my 32nd game of my franchise's first season. As soon as I hit "play game", and it starts simulating the days in between - frozen. It's absurd. Really nothing we can do but wait for 2K. I contacted customer support a few days ago, and have yet to hear a response. Just going to have to be patient for the time being.
