How do u do the free throw dunk in NBA 2K11?

I got a ps3 and I'm trying to dunk from the free throw line. My player has 99 in dunk, vertical, and speed but it's so hard to dunk from the free throw line, so what's the easiest way to dunk from the free throw line.
