Does Government Agency's hire people with GED's?

I am hoping to get a job with the CIA or NSA for Cyber terror or some sort of tech job once i graduate college. I am in college right now for computer information systems with the specialty of cyber security and encryption. I did not complete high school but is it still possible to land a job with an Agency like this? I've talked to several people and there all different answers and just want more opinions. I have a GPA of 3.8 and i am very knowledgeable in my area. I graduate next year and I'm just hoping i can get a job like this.
