Would a rectangle that's 940 x 200 be horizontal or vertical..?

When it comes to computer speak, typically the first number (First Number x Second Number) is the 'horizontal' number, and the second is the vertical. So by those terms, 940 x 200 would be horizontal because 940 is larger. You can check this by making a vertical picture in paint, then a horizontal one, and seeing which one shows up as what when you right click and select properties.
