Why No Weight Loss No Matter What?

The diet doesn't look to bad but you have to pursue it . It will get boring because you have a lot to lose but you must keep going. The only way we put on weight is by eating, reduce that and exercise and you must lose weight. Exercise can be misleading do a lot but not necessarily hard exercise as this can mean that you have to drink and unless it's water you can be in trouble.
