Ok me and my ex broke up about a month ago..I cheated ?

She doesn't want to work anything out with me but she met this new (he's bringing her flowers putting notes on her car but its there supposedly have been talking for two or three weeks she says he just cool or what not..she called me nsa sex I told her no..she got all mad...GOOD OR BAD choice? She says she just want to be friends and doesn't know what the future holds..
