NSA (no strings attached) relationship help!?

What is meant by no string attached relationship? Is it only for sexual pleasure? Therefore stay together and share all the expenses 50-50? Then none of you should have problem if one of you had sex with other person when both were not together but away in separate towns. If he is not able to adjust with the understanding of NSA relationship which was agreed upon, then he should walk out peacefully.
