I REALLY NEED HELP ON MY MATH HW!!?

umm... idont know number 1 but on number 2 i would ay choice C. because the firstto would no be fair A. because this has nothing to do with band and not B. because the teachers may have an opinion and pick the students that they think will choose a certain answer :) hope that helps :)
